项目进度计划优化研究 摘 要 工程项目的进度控制是三大控制的重要内容，建筑产品的最终形成是在施工阶段，因此，在施工阶段进行严格的进度控制就显得格外重要。要想规范施工行为、实现施工目标，就必须控制好施工进度，本文正是围绕怎样控制建筑工程的施工进度这个问题展开研究。为了实现建设工程项目总工期最短和工程总费用最低的进度目标，本文以建设工程项目施工阶段各工序的工期和费用为研究对象，以工期优化基本原理和网络计划工作总时差性质为基础，结合建设工程项目进度计划的基本理论使用建设工程项目工期━费用优化的基本数学模型，对关键线路和次关键线路进行比较，设计出工期优化的可行性方案。且在施工过程中，在多种不确定因素影响下，对施工进度进行动态管理优化，最终达到按时甚至提前完工并减少成本的目的。 关键词：工程进度；计划优化；动态管理 The Project Schedule Plan Optimization Research Abstract Project schedule control is an important content of the three control, the ultimate form of building products is in construction stage, therefore, the strict schedule control in construction stage, is especially important.
