学号： 毕业设计 题目:牙刷杯的注塑模具设计 作 者 届 别 15届 系 别 机电系 专 业 机自 指导老师 职 称 讲师 完成时间 2015年5月 摘 要工业的重要工艺装备，是许多工业产品生产中不可缺少的组成部分。我国加入WTO以后，吸引外资能力的逐年增强，成为世界产品制造工厂地位愈加突出塑料作为现代社会经济发展的基础材料之一，是农业、工业、能源、交通运输等经济领域不可缺少的重要材料，其用途已渗透到经济和生活的各个领域，和钢铁、木材、水泥成为材料领域的四大支柱。模具是工业生产的基础工艺装备，被各行业广泛用于生产最终产品，其产生的价值往往是模具自身价值的几十倍、上百倍，被誉为“效益放大器”。模具生产技术水平的高低，已成为衡量一个地区制造水平高低的重要标志。 本设计为牙刷杯模具制作设计，它系统的介绍了牙刷杯模具中的各个零部件的加工工艺过程及整套模具的装配和使用。其中，涉及到注射机各种参数的选取、零部件的加工方法、注射模的结构及相关的计算问题及特种加工工艺。在该模具设计中，利用计算机绘图软件CAD绘制了零件图和装配图，以及制定了机械加工工艺过程卡。 本设计在保证加工质量的前提下，尽量做到在提高生产率的同时把生产成本降到最低。 关键词：  Abstract The mould is an important technical equipment industry, is an indispensable part of the production of many industrial products.
