覆膜砂生产线电气控制 系统设计 作者姓名： 专业名称：电气工程及其自动化 指导教师：摘要 覆膜砂是铸造生产中制造砂芯（型）的原料，由于其性能良好，已被广泛的应用。随着覆膜砂产品多样化以及技术要求不断提高，自动化，系列化，规模化生产发展迅速。 本设计介绍了覆膜砂的定义和作用，以及我国覆膜砂的生产现状，基本生产工艺流程，典型生产设备，并对覆膜砂生产线主要设备混砂机的自动控制系统进行设计，选择了PLC控制系统来控制各个电机的运行，文中详细的介绍了PLC的选择，PLC的硬件设计方法以及软件程序，在介绍PLC控制系统同时，还对生产线中各种信号采集处理方法进行了选择，特别对红外测温传感器和重量传感器的工作原理和选择进行了详细说明。 关键词 ：覆膜砂生产线 PLC控制 红外线传感器 重量传感器 Abstract Resin Coated Sand is in the manufacture of foundry sand core production (type) of raw materials, because of its good performance has been widely used.
