单位代码 02 学 号 1101180029 分 类 号 TH6 密 级 毕业设计说明书 镁合金压铸工艺研究及手提电脑外壳压铸模具设计 院（系）名称 工学院机械系 专业名称 材料成型及控制工程 学生姓名 指导教师 2015年 5 月 02 日 镁合金压铸工艺研究及手提电脑外壳压铸模具设计 摘 要 通过在图书馆查阅了相关资料，对于镁合金压铸的流程及特点有了基本的认识，同时对于镁合金手提电脑外壳压铸模具设计有了一个新的认识和自己的设计方向，在对相关资料进行整理翻阅及研究了相关零件后，完成手提电脑外壳的压铸模具设计。本说明书是以产品的工艺与性能为基础，对压铸工艺的工作流程以及模具结构进行详细的介绍，并且指出了模具设计与制造所要注意的事项。 随着压铸工艺的不断改进，镁合金压铸工艺也不断完善。优质的压铸件对浇注系统要求很高。设计浇注系统时，首先由压铸件的面积来确定溢流槽的面积。为了提高铸件的质量，在金属液充型填充过程中，应该排尽型腔中的气体。普通的浇口容易产生紊流式填充，而逐渐的质量差，其气孔和冷隔缺陷太多。所以针对这些问题，连续的锥形双切向浇注系统能够优化设计，而且，增大浇口尺寸使浇注面积扩大从而使浇注的速度减小，这样一来充型过程比较均匀，铸件中的气孔和冷缺陷较少。在设计优化的基础上，对动模套板、定模套板、动、定模座板，支撑板及辅助结构完成详细的设计。然后依据实际生产的过程完成装配图。 关键词: 手提电脑,镁合金,压铸模具,浇注系统 Magnesium Alloy Parts of Die Casting Process And Laptops Shell Die-casting Mold Design Author:W Abstract Of magnesium alloy die casting technology and laptop shell die casting die design has carried on the detailed understanding and analysis, through references and related technical data as well as parts of the structure of the analysis, design a set of laptop shell parts molding die casting mould.
