单位代码 10006 学 号 分 类 号 密 级 毕业设计(论文) 浅谈商业银行操作风险管理存在的问题和对策 学习中心名称 专业名称 金融学 学生姓名 指导教师 2015年 10月 20日 论文封面书脊 独创性声明 我在此郑重申明，本人所提交的毕业毕业 学生签名： 时 间： 年 月 日 浅谈商业银行操作风险管理存在的问题和对策 摘 要 随着改革开放的深入，我国银行在市场经济环境下存在着越来越多的操作风险, 原有的操作风险的管理暴露许多问题。本文在借鉴国外先进管理方法的基础上, 结合我国银行业操作风险的实际情况, 探索适合中国银行业操作风险现状的管理方法, 提出了一些有关操作风险管理的建议。在最近几年国内银行因操作风险引发了多起恶性案件，在此背景下，选择“我国商业银行操作风险防范及管理”这一命题，对这一现实和紧迫问题进行初步探讨，借鉴国内外最近研究成果，通过对国内银行近年来操作风险损失的有限数据分析和实证考察，希望以新的视角，认识我国商业银行操作风险的特点和形成机制，以及操作风险根源的体制性和风险的隐蔽性、复杂性，唤醒人们对操作风险的重新认识，进而提出我国商业银行防范和监管操作风险的管理框架，有效抑制“操作风险”的扩散，防止系统性风险的发生。 关键词：操作风险， 商业银行， 管理 Problems and Countermeasures of operational risk management in commercial banks Abstract With the deepening of reform and opening up, Chinas banks in the market economy environment, there are more and more operational risks, the original operational risk management exposed many problems. On the basis of drawing lessons from foreign advanced management methods, this paper puts forward some suggestions on the management of operational risk in Chinas banking industry.
