毕业论文 题 目 关系研究 学 院 专 业 班 级 二〇一二年月日WTO。企业之间的竞争越来越激烈，已经由传统的竞争模式转变为现代的竞争模式。员工满意度与企业绩效关系的研究在企业竞争中扮演着重要的角色。因此，员工满意度已成为企业关注的焦点。已有的研究对员工满意度与企业绩效的关系进行了相应的探讨，本文从员工满意度这个中介变量入手，对员工满意度和企业绩效关系进行实证研究。 在对以往员工满意度和企业绩效关系的相关研究和理论进行综述和总结的基础上，本文对关键概念进行了界定，设计了员工满意度指标体系，具体用“员工对企业社会责任方面的满意度”和“员工对自己工作方面的满意度”两个指标来衡量。在此基础上，提出了本文研究的基本构思和假设。本文以企业内部各部门的员工为调查对象，进行问卷调查，随后对回收问卷所获得的数据利用SPSS 19.0软件进行相关分析、回归分析、信度分析方法，对所收集的数据进行处理和分析，研究员工满意度与企业绩效的相关性。 本文通过查找相关文献，对顾客满意度以及企业绩效相关文献进行评述构建员工满意度模型，从理论上分析员工满意度与企业绩效的关系选取企业绩效评价指标，设计员工满意调查问卷通过实地调查，利用SPSS工具，对调查数据进行处理，对员工满意度与企业绩效关系提出的理论假设进行检验，分析讨论得出的结论。ABSTRACT With the progress of economic globalization, China has participated into WTO. The competition among enterprises is being more intense, the traditional mode of competition has changed into modern competition mode. It, the study on the relationship between employee satisfaction and performance of enterprises, plays an important role in the competition of enterprises. Therefore, employee satisfaction has become the focus of attention of the enterprise. There were some studies on the relationship between employee satisfaction and organizational performance. The study does empirical research on relationship between employee satisfaction and organizational performance from the viewpoint of employee satisfaction which is a intervening variable. On the basis of summary and induction of classic literature on employee satisfaction and organizational performance, the artical makes definitions to key concepts and designs index system of employee satisfaction using two norms including dimensions of employee satisfaction with corporate social responsibility and of employee satisfaction with work return to measure it.
