摘要 此次毕业设计的题目为花朵盖塑料成型工艺与模具设计，体现盒盖类塑料零件的设计要求、内容及方向，有一定的设计意义。CAD软件等相关专业课程学习，是一个非常重要的结合性的环节，经过对模具零件的设计，加强对注塑模具设计的基础知识的设计的认识，为设计更为复杂的注塑模具和借鉴提供更深刻的经验. （1）模具的地位及其重要性在现代工业发展的进程中日益被人们所认识。模具成为了现代工业工业作为进入富裕社会的原动力之一，正推动着整个现代工业技术向前迈进，模具就是“现代化”之深刻含意的 标志，模具的设计也正在为人们所理解和掌握。当塑料品种入其成型加工设备确定后，塑料制品质量的优劣及生产效率的高低模具因素约占80。由此可知推动模具技术的进步刻不容缓，现代一个国家工业化发展的程度，取决于塑料模具设计技术与制造水平常标志。所以塑料模具设计对于产品质量与产量的重要性是不言而喻的。 （2）这个设计使用塑料成型工艺及模具设计的基础知识,需要分析组件和塑料零件的性能要求,选择浇口类型,估计塑料的体积,选择和确定腔注塑的数量;分析塑料零件的特点,模具设计参数、设计要点和选择的推出装置。 （3）通过设计实践，逐步树立正确的设计观念，增强创新意识和竞争意识，对一般塑料模具的基本规律，分析和解决问题的能力。 关键词： 注塑机； 塑料件； 注塑模； 型腔系统； 推板推出； 模具设计 Abstract The design topics as flowers cover plastic forming process and die design, embodies the lid plastic part design requirements, content and direction, there are some design sense.
