分类号 U D C 学校代码 10129 号 Z 内蒙古牧区小城镇可持续发展模式研究 ——以内蒙古正蓝旗上都镇为例 The study on sustainable development mode of small downtown in the Inner Mongolia pastoral area. ---For Shangdou Town of Zhenglan Banner as example 申 请 人： 学位名称: 农业推广硕士 领 域：养 殖 指导教师： 论文提交日期：二○○四年十月 摘 要 试验选用北京Ⅳ系鸭700只，随机分成7个处理组，每个处理组4个重复，每个重复25只鸭。各试验组鸭的日粮组成和营养水平相同。试验一组、二组、三组鸭日粮中添加不同剂量的硒酵母（有机硒），试验四组、五组、六组日粮中添加不同剂量的亚硒酸钠（无机硒），第七组同时添加硒酵母和亚硒酸钠。各试验组日粮添加硒的水平分别为0.2mg/kg、0.3mg/kg、0.4mg/kg、0.5mg/kg、0.7mg/kg0.9mg/kg和0.7mg/kg。 试验结果显示：各试验组鸭平均体重均超过了上市体重要求（3000克/只）。其中试验二组、五组、六组、七组显著高于其它试验组（P＜＜各试验组鸭组织器官药残检测结果显示：未检出国家《绿色食品 兽药使用准则》中严禁使用的药物。 关键词: 北京肉鸭；绿色；富硒 Studies and Developments on Peking Duck Organic Feed to Fortified with Selenium Abstract 7 hundreds Beijing ducks were selected and randomly divided into 7 groups. Each group had 4 repeats. All groups receive same basal diet and nutritional level. The organic Se（yeast-Se）was added to the diets in group Ⅳ、Ⅴ、Ⅵ and inorganic Se（Na2SeO3）was added to the diet in group Ⅶ. The Se level added of diet in group Ⅰ-Ⅶ were：0.2、0.3、0.4、0.5、0.7、0.9、0.mg/kg respectively. The experimental results showed that：At the end of experiment，the body weight in all groups reached the market weight （3000g/per duck）and body weight in group Ⅱ、Ⅴ、Ⅵ and Ⅶ were significantly higher than other groups（p0.05）.2、The effect of sources and on duck body weight was significant.3、The ratio of feed ：meet in group Ⅳ and Ⅴ were significant lower than other groups （p0.05）.4、At 40 days old，the level of Se in the eatable tissue in all groups were reached the fortified standers.5、The level of fortified Se in tissue was highest in liver，than in brisket cardiac muscle gizzard leg muscle web tibia.6、The content of Se in the diet had a positive effect on the content of Se in the body tissue.7、The level of Pb、As、F、Hg in diet and the eatable tissue meted the national hygiene standards.Forbade Medicine was not detected in the duck body tissues.
