Method: Research 86 cases of coronary artery stent implantation ( PCI ) patients in our hospital from May 2011 to May 2012. 43 cases as the observation group were operated by niche targeting nursing intervention and health guidance, and the other 43 cases as the control group were done by conventional method. Score two groups by Self-rating Anxiety Scale (SAS) and observe two groups’ heart rate, blood pressure changes and postoperative complications. Result: After nursing intervention, the observation group’s SAS values were obviously lower than the control group’s (p0.05), the observation group’s heart rate and Systolic blood pressure were significantly lower than the control group’s (p0.05), the complication possibility of hypotension, abdominal distention, waist ache, dysuria, etc. were obviously lower than that of the control group (P0.05). Conclusion: Comprehensive niche targeting nursing intervention upon the coronary artery stent implantation ( PCI ) patients can increase patients’ comfort degree after operation, reduce possibilities of postoperative complications and improve their life quality.
