At the same time, it is an important component part of Chinas socialist market economy.Corporate capital structure are kept to be the vital parts of a companys financing theory research. Studies have shown that there is significant relationship between capital structure and corporate performance .But people are still hard to judge the significance of capital structure for the company. Therefore, there is great practical and theoretical significance for the research of the effect of capital structure
