However, in the process of small and medium-sized enterprises to deepen reform, due to asymmetric information, transaction cost, and small and medium-sized enterprise own imperfect financial, credit is lack, make when choosing debt financing difficulties of small and medium-sized enterprises, how to create a good financing environment and solve the problem of financing of small and medium-sized enterprises, to promote the development of small and medium-sized enterprises in our country is of great significance.
