中型载重汽车动力性能分析和减速器设计 摘要： 在内燃机驱动的车辆传动系统中，由于内燃机的转矩于转速变化范围较小，不能满足车辆在各种工况下对牵引力和速度的要求，必须采用变速箱来解决这种矛盾。 变速箱的功能是： （1）改变传动速比，扩大驱动轮和转速的变化范围，以适应经常变化的行驶条件，如起步、加速、上坡等，同时使发动机在有利的工况下工作； （2）实现倒挡，在发动机旋转的方向不变的前提下，使车辆能前进倒退行驶； （3）实现空档可切断传动系的动力传递，以使发动机能够启动、怠速，并可在发动机运转情况下，车辆长时间停车，便于变速箱换挡和动力输出。 本次设计设计为普通齿轮变速箱，即：定轴式人力换挡变速箱，它由两部分组成：一是变速传动机构，主要由箱体，齿轮，轴以及轴承等零件组成，用来传递动力，构成不同的传动比和可能转动的方向；二是换挡操纵机构，用人力拨动齿轮（或啮合器，或同步器），进行换挡操作。 汽车的动力性能反映在车辆的速度性能、加速性能和爬坡性能，主要依据速度与牵引力、阻力之间的关系。 关键字：中型；载重汽车；减速器（变速箱）；动力性能分析； Medium trucks dynamic performance analysis and reducer design Abstract: In internal combustion engine drive vehicle transmission system, internal combustion engine torque due to changes in speed small range, cannot satisfy the vehicle under various working conditions of traction and speed of demand, must adopt gearbox to solve this contradiction.
