如何稳定核心技术人员的建议方案

一、设定核心技术人员的前景: ⑴重新核定核心技工的工资标准; ⑵技术分级,设等级工资、工龄工资、岗位津贴; ⑶设晋升资格制度,技术改造贡献奖激励制; ⑷设技工培训,培养奖励制; ⑸设技工等级评定与等级晋升评审制。 二、后备核心技术人员的培养: 通过对现有核心技术人员的重视,激发更多的员工充满激情的积极学习技术,同时对培训、培养技工的核心技术人员予以奖励。 三、核心技术分解: 由工艺师、核心技术人员、厂家同步进行技术分解,图纸细分,提供标准配方,标准料单,标准排孔图,把看似“复杂”的技术简单化,一人操作转换为多人操作,难操作升级到易操作。 四、开发学习新技术,引进新型设备: 新技术、新设备科技含量高,操作简单,大幅度降低人为操作、人为掌控成分,且工效大增。如数控磨边机、电子锯、数控排钻、自动淋漆线、门铰开孔机、自动喷砂、uv漆板截面填充剂、pvc表面压贴、、、、等,通过这些新技术和新设备引用,稳定工作效果更佳。 五、结合企业文化,让员工感觉到客户第一,员工第二的理念,走进员工,深入一线,换位思考,平等交流,主动沟通,关心员工,让员工愉快的工作,同时形成团队意识,拥有业绩和归属感,也不失为留人的举措。 * * 如何稳定核心技术人员的建议方案 ——%%% Evaluation only.
