毕业论文 题 目 高速公路沥青混凝土面层施工技术 院 系 建筑与土木工程学院 专 业 道路与桥梁工程 学生姓名 禹志杰 学 号 1130311124 班 号 1303111 指导教师 刘晓光 二O一六年十月十一日  高速公路沥青混凝土路面面层施工技术 摘要 在高速公路建设中，高速公路路面最重要的结构层就是沥青的面层，它所承受着车轮荷载以及大自然所带来的巨大压力。在实际应情况中，它有着坚实、抗车辙、耐久、平整、抗滑、抗裂等等一系列性能，因此得到人们广泛的关注。近年来，科技的不断进步，使得很多新材料、新技术都得到了广泛的应用，但是由于各种因素影响，在施工中仍然存在很多技术问题，而甘肃省处于中国的西北地区，地处偏僻，高速公路施工技术较其他发达城市落后，所以需要严格把控高速公路沥青混凝土路面的各个环节。主要有原材料的质量把关，工作人员施工技术的严格要求，来建造出一条合格的高速公路来。 该文主要讲述了建造甘肃高速公路A3沥青混凝土路面面层所需要的材料,然后描述了建造高速公路时的准备工作有原材料的准备和施工机械的准备，并且准备的原材料和机械都要反复检查是否可以正常工作，而且为了解决突发情况，施工机械必须每种多准备一辆，以确保施工进度的顺利完成。其次还着重讲述了甘肃省高速公路A3段沥青混凝土路面面层的施工过程及工艺技术，在沥青混合料的各个方面进行严格检查和试验。 关键词：高速公路、沥青混凝土、面层、施工技术。 Construction technology of asphalt concrete pavement of Expressway Abstract In highway construction, the asphalt surface layer is the most important structure layer, which is under the pressure of the natural and the wheel load. In practical application, it has many kinds of properties, such as solid, anti rutting, durability, smoothness, anti slide, anti crack, anti water and cold, and so on. In recent years, with the rapid development of science and technology, many new materials and new technology has been widely used, but due to various factors, there are still many technical problems in the construction, and Gansu Province in the northwest of China, the remoteness of expressway construction technology compared with other developed city is backward, so the part from the highway asphalt concrete pavement the need to strictly control each link. Mainly has the quality of raw materials, the staff of the construction technology of strict requirements, to build a qualified highway.
