浅析民营科技企业融资的现状与建议 摘要：民营科技企业不仅是新时期国家自主创新的重要源泉，也是科技进步的重要载体。然而由于多方面原因，我国民营科技企业始终存在着融资难的问题，这已严重影响了我国民营科技企业的发展，成为制约民营科技企业发展的“瓶颈”。本文从实际状况出发，按照发现问题、分析问题、解决问题的方法，从企业自身、政府和金融机构三个方面，总结了我国民营科技企业在融资方面的某些现状，分析了导致这些情况的因素，以及提出一些解决这些问题的建议。 Abstract: Private technology enterprises is not only a new era of national ownership important source of innovation is an important carrier of scientific and technological progress. However, due to various reasons, there is always a financing problem during private technology enterprises, which has seriously affected the development of private technology enterprises in China, as a constraint to the development of private technology enterprises bottleneck.
