浅析水文化中的自然观和科学意义 张余庆 （南京信息工程大学 遥感学院，江苏 南京 210044） 摘 要：水是生命之源、文明之源，因水而生的水文化，不仅体现在我国古代汗牛充栋的古文献中，也表现在古往今来人类在与水打交道的社会实践活动中所获得的物质财富、精神财富、生产能力的总和。充分认识水文化的功能,对深入挖掘和弘扬传统水文化的丰富内涵以及充分认识我国传统水文化的历史意义和现实价值有着重要的意义。追求崇水为上、人水和谐的价值观念，这是水文化博大精深地深刻体现。新时期水文发展理念是“服务”，服务为本、服务至上，在服务中求生存，在服务中谋发展，即以适应经济的发展，满足社会的需求，紧紧围绕水利事业发展为中心，提供全面、优质、高效的水文服务。 关键词：水文化；崇水为上；人水和谐 Analysis of the water culture view of nature and scientific significance Zhang yuqing （Remote Sensing Institute of Nanjing University of Information Science Technology, Jiangsu Nanjing 210044, China） Abstract: Water is the source of life, the source of civilization, water and raw water culture, not only in ancient China the voluminous ancient literature, but also in material wealth through the ages human social practice in dealing with water, the spirit wealth, the sum of the production capacity.
