In this paper, the GPS feature of the development and application, GPS and the composition of principle, field measurement, workflow, GPS baseline solution, such as the basic principle. The second part mainly on the principle of measuring the line-of-sight, and then the-horizon measured in accordance with the principles prepared by the-horizon measured in the three-horizon calculated as follows: tilt-horizon, the 1.30 height difference, level-horizon.
