幽门螺杆菌感染与食管癌的相关性研究 摘要 目的：探讨幽门螺杆菌感染与食管癌发生的关系。方法：将我院2008-2010年间住院手术的48例食管鳞癌患者作为实验组，同时选取食管重度不典型增生40例，食管轻-中度不典型增生52例，慢性食管炎50例及正常食管粘膜50例作为对照组，采用快速尿素酶法及Warthin-Starry 银染两种方法检测幽门螺杆菌感染。结果：食管癌组、重度不典型增生组、轻-中度不典型增生组、慢性食管炎和正常食管粘膜组幽门螺杆菌感染阳性率依次降低，食管癌重度不典型增生组轻-中度不典型增生组、慢性食管炎和正常食管粘膜组相比，有显著性差异（Ｐ0.05）。幽门螺杆菌感染与食管癌患者的性别、年龄、肿瘤大小、有无淋巴结转移无关（P 0.05），分化程度Ｐ0.05结论：食管中幽门螺杆菌的感染可能参与了食管癌的发生、发展过程。Relationship Between infection of Helicobacter Pylori Infection and Esophageal Cancer Abstract Objective To explore the relationship between infection of Helicobacter Pylori Infection and Esophageal Cancer Methods The patients were divided into esophageal squamous cell carcinoma group (n=48)，severe esophageal dysplasia group (n=40), mild-moderate esophageal dysplasia group (n=52) , chronic esophagitis group (n=50) and normal subjects group (n=50) from 2008-2010. The detection rates of HP were compared among the groups. Hp infection was detected by rapid urease test with Warthin-Starry staining. Results The detection rates of Hp decreased in sequence in esophageal squamous cell carcinoma group，severe esophageal dysplasia group，mild-moderate esophageal dysplasia group，chronic esophagitis group and normal subjects group.
