摘要 分析了灯的冲压工艺，设计了套模。本文从产品的结构和功能出发，介绍了各冲压工序的模具结构及工作过程。提出了模具设计及制造时应注意的事项。为了提高模具的强度、硬度、耐磨性，要对模具进行淬火处理。通过对产品进行工艺分析，如果按拉深、、修边工序，由于工件的圆角过小，易产生变薄和起皱，所以加以整形工序，从而满足产品的要求。 论文主要通过对专业知识的综合运用，对模具从设计到制造的过程的了解，广泛听取有从事模具行业经验人士的意见，经过多次修改和验证设计而成。根据计算和查阅查资料手册得到的主要参数，运用CAD进行模具设计。 关键词：冲压工艺，，Title：The Lamp shell stamping process and die design AbstactAnalysis of the lamp shell stamping process, the design of two-mode mode.
