摘 要 该篇论文是对汽车变箱卧式双面组合镗床的设计，按照零件工艺要求采用单工位双面卧式主轴组合镗床。在整个设计过程中，查阅大量的参考资料，深入分析设计内容，包括对产品工艺及工艺方案分析、组合机床总体设计方案的确定、“三图一卡”（被加工零件工序图，加工示意图，机床联系尺寸总图，机床生产率计算卡）设计、设计及绘制主轴箱装配图、设计计算说明说。以及对设计的轴及齿轮进行强度校核，符设计的要求。 通过这次设计，真正的了解机床的内部结构，达到了把所学的知识与运用到生活生产实践中去。 关键词：主轴箱体；工艺分析；“三图一卡”；装配图；强度校核  Abstract The essays is on car tool spindle combination of double horizontal drilling design , in accordance with the requirements of parts of the single-double combination drilling horizontal axis, it use hydraulic clamping feed and the way of work.
