毕业论文 院 系： 行政管理系 专 业： 行政管理 姓 名： 张世远 指导教师： 崔佳 内容摘要 随着全球经济一体化的发展，我国出口企业面临瞬息万变的环境，使财务风险更加多样化和复杂化，同时财务风险对我国出口企业影响日益加深。做好企业财务风险管理工作，对于出口企业来说尤其重要。财务风险是客观存在的，既不能消灭它，也不能逃避它。但是，通过对财务风险进行预测，防范以及总结，可使财务风险降到最低，实现出口企业财务成果最大化。本文结合出口企业的现实行业状况，从对财务风险的认识上出发，指出出口企业的财务风险管理上存在财务风险意识淡薄、企业融资难、缺乏应对风险的能力等问题。继而针对发现的问题进行分析，在此基础上提出培养高素质企业管理人才、加强出口企业自身管理水平、建立财务风险预警机制等一些具有针对性的防范措施，使出口企业财务风险得到控制，提高出口企业应对财务风险的能力。 关键词：财务风险 出口企业 预警机制 Abstract Along with the development of global economic integration, Chinas export enterprises are facing a rapidly changing environment in which the financial risk is more diverse and complex, while the financial risk of the growing impact of Chinas export enterprises. Good corporate financial risk management, is especially important for export enterprises. Financial risk is an objective reality, that they can not destroy it, can escape it. However, financial risk through forecasting, prevention, and summary of financial risks can minimize to maximize financial results of export enterprises. In this paper, the reality of export enterprises’industry conditions, from the understanding of financial risk, pointing out that export companys financial risk management financial risks consciousness that are dim, the financing problem, lacking the ability to risk. And then analyzed for the problems identified.On this basis to cultivate high-quality enterprise management and enhance its export enterprise management, establish a financial risk of early warning mechanism to deal with such precautions. So it can make export enterprises’ financial risks under control, and to improve the ability of export enterprises to respond to financial risks.
