学 年 论 文 题 目 企业信息化的经济学分析 系 部 信息系 专 业 信息管理与信息系统 班 级 信管0822 学 号 080210671 学生姓名 余十全 指导教师 周新民 职 称 副教授 2011 年 4 月 4 日 企业信息化的经济学分析 [内容摘要] 目前 90%的企业开始尝试全部或局部的进行信息化改革，并已取得了预期的收益。本文针对这一现状，利用上市公司信息化前后的数据研究信息化对于企业竞争力的提升作用。本文首先详细的阐述信息化带给企业的种种好处，证明信息化是企业走向成功的捷径；然后着重分析企业信息化如何能带来商业价值：从经济学视角辩证企业信息化的实施能够导致高边际收益与差异化，进而提升企业竞争力的原理；随后建立企业竞争力评价指标体系，对企业的竞争力做出定量判断；最后选取上市公司数据，进行实证研究。在研究过程中，我们得知信息化不仅可以使企业资源做到优势共享；也能使企业流程大幅度优化，提高竞争力；更能使企业生产标准化、规范化，从而是决策更具科学性。信息化可谓是企业强大的必由之路。 [关键词] 信息化；企业竞争力；边际收益；边际成本 [ABSTRACT] Currently 90% of the companies began to try all or part of the information reform, and has achieved the expected benefits. In this paper this situation, the use of information of listed companies of information data before and after the upgrading of competitiveness for the enterprise role. This paper describes the detailed information to bring the benefits of enterprises to prove that information technology is a shortcut to business success; and then analyzed how enterprise information technology business value: the dialectical perspective from the economics of the implementation of enterprise information can lead to high marginal benefits and differentiation, enhance its competitiveness in the principle; the subsequent establishment of evaluation index system of enterprise competitiveness, the competitiveness of enterprises to make quantitative judgments; last selected listed company data, empirical research. In the research process, we learned that information technology can not only achieve the advantages of enterprise resource sharing; also make a substantial optimization of business processes and improve competitiveness; it enables the production and standardization, which is the decision-making more scientific.
