Masters Degree ThesisAnalysis and Exploration of InnovationModes for Industry-University-InstituteCooperationDiscipline：Higher EducationMaster Candidate：Gao FengSupervisor：Prof. Wu DanClasses：B0835091Student ID：1083509003Graduate School of EducationShanghai Jiao Tong UniversityJanuary, 2011万方数据万方数据万方数据万方数据产学研合作创新模式的研究与探索摘要我国计划在 2020 年建设成为一个创新型国家，产学研合作创新是国家和区域创新体系的重要组成部分。如果产学研合作开展得当，参与各方都能从中获得巨大收益。因此，产学研合作的研究是一项具有重大现实意义的课题。近三十年来，我国的产学研合作在取得了一定成绩的同时，也暴露了许多问题。现有的产学研合作模式在一定程度上未能真正推动产学研合作顺利的开展，造成了社会资源的浪费。如何扫清现存的障碍，探索新型的产学研合作模式，对于我国建设成为创新型国家、实现我国产业技术升级等有着极大的现实意义。本文以威斯康星思想、国家创新理论、三螺旋理论为支撑，结合文献调查、比较分析、实证研究等方法，对产学研合作创新模式进行了一定的探索和研究。文章首先阐述了本研究的背景、意义、思路和方法，然后对产学研合作模式的相关理论和研究分别进行了综述，针对我国现有产学研合作模式中的问题，选取了美国硅谷、日本产业技术综合研究所、台湾工业技术研究院三个较为成功的产学研合作案例进行比较研究。依据比较结果和我国的现实情况，文章认为产学研合作创新模式应该在III万方数据模型设计、总体定位、思维理念和体制机制等方面进行创新，以便更好的服务于创新型国家建设，并据此构建了一种产学研合作的创新模式。最后选取了在一定程度上体现了上述探索的新型产学研合作机构——“上海交通大学先进产业技术研究院”进行实证研究，并尝试探索其运行中的问题，提出了解决问题的相应对策和建议。关键词：产学研；创新模式；先进产业技术研究院IV万方数据ABSTRACTChina plans to build an innovation-oriented country in 2020,Industry-University-Research (IUR) cooperative innovation is an importantactivity units of national and regional innovation system. If IUR cooperationcan bring significant benefits to all parties if it is carried out properly. In aword, the study on IUR cooperation is very significant. IUR cooperation hasmade certain achievements and exposed many of the problems at last threedecades. Existing IUR cooperative innovation modes make some obstaclesfor the smooth development of IUR cooperation and bring in waste of socialresources.
