剖宫产同时行子宫肌瘤剔除术的效果分析 【摘要】目的：研究分析剖宫产同时行子宫肌瘤剔除术的效果。方法：选取我院在2012年7月至2013年6月收治的42例剖宫产同时行子宫肌瘤剔除术患者的临床资料，同时选取42例单独实施剖宫产患者的临床资料进行研究分析，对比两组患者治疗效果。结果：对比两组患者手术时间、术中出血量、首次肛门排气时间、住院时间及出现产褥病发生率，治疗组患者手术时间显著长于对照组患者的，有统计学意义（P＜0.05）；但两组患者术中出血量、首次肛门排气时间、住院时间及出现产褥病发生率，没有显著差异性，无统计学意义（P＞0.05）。结论：剖宫产同时行子宫肌瘤剔除术可有效剔除患者子宫肌瘤，且安全性较高，可显著改善患者生活质量。 【关键词】剖宫产；子宫肌瘤剔除术；临床效果 【 abstract 】 objective: to study the analysis of cesarean delivery line of uterine fibroids eliminate the effect of the operation at the same time.
