临床免疫学 Clinical Immunology 课程简介： 免疫学是生命科学中发展迅速的一门前沿学科，免疫学的理论和技术已深入到临床医学各学科的研究和临床实践中，形成了临床免疫学这一分支学科。临床免疫学的主要内容是研究疾病的免疫学发病机制、免疫学诊断方法以及免疫预防和治疗措施，以实现防病、治病的目的。 学习临床免疫学课程可起到基础与临床知识互补的作用，加深对疾病发生发展过程中免疫学发病机制的认识和了解免疫学临床应用的理论依据。 本门课程主要讲授超敏反应、自身免疫性疾病、移植免疫、肿瘤免疫、抗感染免疫、血液系统疾病与免疫、细胞因子及其应用、免疫学检测技术等与免疫性疾病有关的内容以及免疫学诊断和治疗的新进展。 The immunology is one of the front disciplines that developed rapidly in life sciences, and the immunological theory and technology have penetrated into the research and the clinical practice of various disciplines of the clinical medicine, so the immunology has formed this branch discipline, i.e. the clinical immunology. Main content of the clinical immunology include: studies of the mechanism of the immune diseases, the methods of the immune diagnosis, the immune prevention and the remedial measures, thus it achieves to prevent a disease and to treat an illness. Curriculum of the clinical immunology will play supplementary role between basic knowledge and the clinical knowledge, it is helpful to deepen understanding mechanism of immune diseases during developing process and theoretical basis of clinical practice of immune diseases.
