神经系统第二节 脑神经 cranial Nerve 3A.颈丛皮支的分布 Lesser occipital n. 概 述 CN Ⅰ Olfactory nerve 嗅神经 脑神经记忆口诀 一嗅二视三动眼 四滑五叉六外展 七面八庭九舌咽 十迷一副舌下全 3. 脑神经的（7种）纤维成分 Component of the Cranial Nerves 脊神经的（4种）纤维成分 The component of the spinal nerves 一般躯体感觉纤维（GSS)General somatic sensory 一般躯体运动纤维（GSM)General somatic motor  一般内脏感觉纤维（GVS)General visceral sensory 一般内脏运动纤维（GVM)General visceral motor 4. 脑神经的分类 Sensory cranial nerve 感觉性脑神经： Motor cranial nerve 运动性脑神经： Mixed cranial nerve 混合性脑神经 脑神经 Cranial Nerve 顺序 Order 名称 Name 与脑相连的部 Location of attachment to the brain 出入颅的部位 Cranial exit and entrance 纤维成份 Components 主要分支及分布 Mainly divisions and distribution 一、嗅 神 经Olfactory Nerve CNⅠ 嗅神经 二、视 神 经Optic Nerve 视神经由视网膜神经层内的节细胞的轴突，在视网膜后部先集中形成视神经盘，然后穿出巩膜而形成。 CN Ⅱ 视神经：视神经离开眼球后，经视神经管入颅中窝，连于视交叉，再经视束，止于间脑的外侧膝状体。传导视觉冲动。 临床意义： 视神经鞘：由脑的三层被膜延续而来。 颅内压增高时，常出现视神经盘水肿；脑膜或视神经的疾患也常此途径互相累及。 三、动 眼 神 经Oculomotor Nerve CN Ⅲ 动眼神经：由起于动眼神经核的一般躯体运动纤维和起于动眼神经副核的一般内脏运动纤维出中脑脚间窝后合并而成。 Ⅲ动眼神经 动眼神经出脑后，穿海绵窦外侧壁，经眶上裂出颅入眶，分为上、下支。上支布于提上睑肌和上直肌，下支布于内直肌、下直肌和下斜肌。 动眼神经内的内脏运动纤维经下支→下斜肌支→睫状神经节ciliary ganglion换元，节后纤维经睫状短神经入眼球，布于睫状肌和瞳孔括约肌，参与视觉调节和瞳孔对光反射。 动眼神经损伤:导致①提上睑肌瘫痪，表现为上睑下垂；② 上直肌、内直肌、下直肌、下斜肌瘫痪，其拮抗肌外直肌(由展神经支配)、上斜肌(由滑车神经支配)收缩导致瞳孔斜向下外斜视；③瞳孔括约肌和睫状肌瘫痪，其拮抗肌瞳孔开大肌(由交感神经支配)收缩，导致瞳孔散大，瞳孔对光反射消失等。 眼睑下垂 The Oculomotor Nerve The general somatic efferent fibers arise from the oculomotor nucleus. The general visceral efferent fibers arise from the cells of the accessory oculomotor nucleus. It emerges from the sulcus on the medial side of the cerebral peduncle. It traverses the lateral wall of the cavernous sinus and enters the orbit through the superior orbital fissure. Then it divides into a superior and an inferior division. The superior division supplies the superior rectus and the levator palpebrae superioris. The inferior division supplies the inferior rectus,medial rectus and inferior oblique muscles. 四、滑 车 神 经Trochlear Nerve CN Ⅳ 滑车神经：由起于滑车神经核的一般躯体运动纤维，经中脑背侧左、右交叉出脑后组成。 Ⅳ滑车神经：穿海绵窦外侧壁
