带锁髓内针治疗C型尺桡骨骨折的治疗体会 孙俊生*翟发吉1 陈浩1 翟亚楠2 （1 河北省柏乡县人民医院骨科， 河北 柏乡 055450 2 兰州大学第一医院放射科， 甘肃 兰州 730000） 摘要：目的 探讨带锁髓内针治疗尺桡骨C型骨折的临床疗效 方法 2008年1月～2013年12月，采用带锁髓内针固定术治疗尺桡骨骨折14例，随访治疗效果，分析该髓内针的确切疗效。结果 本组病例随访06～36个月，平均随访24个月，愈合时间为2.5～6.5个月，平均3.5个月。术后切口无感染，延迟愈合1例。所有病例均实现骨性愈合，无成角畸形或骨桥形成。1例桡骨远端髓针激惹，无骨筋膜室综合征。结论 带锁髓内针在治疗C型尺桡骨骨折方面，具有持续坚强内固定、相对微创、术式简单,疗效可靠的特点，它是治疗C型尺桡骨骨折较好的方法，值得推广。 关键词：带锁髓内钉；内固定；尺桡骨骨折；C型。 中图分类号: Ｒ683.41 文献标识码: B Experience in The Treatment of Type C Fractures of The Radius and Ulna with Locking Intramedullary Nail SUN Jun-sheng, ZhAI fa-ji, CHEN Hao (Department of Orthopedics, Hebei Province Baixiang County Peoples Hospital, Hebei 055450, China) Abstract: Objective to evaluate the effect after the treatment of rype C fractures of the radius and ulna by using intramedullary nail. Methods 14 cases of ulnar and radial fracture were treated with interlocking intramedullary nail fixation from 2008 January to 2013 December. We followed up the effect of treatment, and then analyzed the curative effect of the interlocking intramedullary nail. Results All the patients were followed up for 06 ~ 36 months (average 24 months), the healing time was 2.5 to 6.5 months (average 3.5 months). There was no postoperative incision infection, but a case of delayed union was found. All cases achieved bone union, no deformity or bone bridge formation. There was one cases of distal radius needle irritability, while no osteofascial compartment syndrome occurred. Conclusion Interlocking intramedullary nail in the treatment of type C fractures of the radius and ulna aspect has the advantages of continuous rigid internal fixation, minimally invasive, relative simple operation, reliable effects, it is the quite good method for treatment of type C fractures of the radius and ulna, and it is worthy to promote in clinical practice.
