TECHNICAL SPECIFICATIONS FOR CONSTRUCTION OF BUS INSTALLATION WORK Technical specification of construction Construction Conditions of Bus Installation The design document and other technical documents are all complete, the construction drawings have been jointly checked up, and technical clarification and necessary technical training have been accomplished already. Relevant civil engineering construction such as foundation, frame, roof, floor slab, handrail, decoration etc. have already been completed and conformed to corresponding criterion. General regulations During transportation and storage, packing of preventing from corrosive gas and mechanical damage shall be applied to facilities and equipments of bus device. Storage period for the equipment and facilities arriving at construction site shall be less than one year. Long period storage shall accord with special stipulations of storage of equipment and facilities. Surface of the bus shall be smooth and neat and without crack, fold and distort. As to enclosed bus and insert bus supplied in packages, the label of each section of the bus shall be clear, and the accessories shall be complete without distortion in crust and damage in inner part. The installation screw of all kinds of metal component shall not use gas welding cut hole or electric welding blown hole. The non-electrified metal components such as insulator base of shoring, sleeve flange, protecting net (cover) shall be grounded according to existing national standard of Construction, Check and Acceptance of Grounding of Electrical Equipment Installation Work (GB50169-92). The grounding wire shall be arranged in order and with identical direction. The insulator and porcelain part of sleeve through the wall shall meet with the stipulations of existing national standard of Technical Conditions of Porcelain Part of High-voltage Insulator (GB772-87) and relevant regulations of technical conditions of electric porcelain.
