·764· 国际口腔医学杂志 第 40 卷 6 期 2013 年 11 月 吴幸晨综述 朱亚琴审校 上海交通大学医学院附属第九人民医院口腔综合科；上海市口腔医学重点实验室 上海 200011[摘要] 根管预备（根管清理和根管成形）是根管治疗的关键步骤。为了达到良好的根管预备目的，各种先进器械和新型材料不断涌现。从标准不锈钢根管锉到旋转镍钛锉系统的相继应用，根管预备的质量和效率得到了大幅的提高；然而这两种临床常用的器械并没有完全达到根管预备的目标，尤其在三维影像上仍存在着明显的缺陷。自调节根管锉（SAF）这种新型镍钛器械的诞生，为根管预备技术带来了突破。其全新的设计克服了传统根管锉在柔韧性和可塑性等方面的不足，其自带的冲洗装置实现了根管冲洗和成形的同步操作，根管清理更为完善。本文就SAF的特性、力学性能和临床应用等研究进展作一综述。 [关键词] 根管治疗； 自调节根管锉； 力学性能； 临床应用 [中图分类号] R 781.05 [文献标志码] A [doi] 10.7518/gjkq.2013.06.018Characteristics and evaluation of the clinical application of a self-adjusting file Wu Xingchen, Zhu Yaqin. Advanced equipment and new materials have continuously emerged to better achieve this step. From standard stainless steel files to the use of nickel-titanium rotary file systems, the quality and efficiency of root canal preparation have greatly improved. However, while the resulting root canal fi lling radiographs are impressive, the third dimension of the root canal is commonly ignored. A new nickel–titanium instrument, the self-adjusting file(SAF), was recently developed. This tool is a breakthrough in root canal preparation technology because its unique design overcomes the lack of flexibility and plasticity of traditional files. As the file features its own washing device, the synchronous operation of root canal cleaning and shaping may be realized, thereby achieving more eff icient root canal preparations.
