This amount is separated in different areas of the world. Some places are full of people, others are not. There more populated areas may get into trouble. For example, they may face the lack of resources, low cost of labor force or large gap between the rich and poor. This difference will deeply influence the societies’ structures. In different countries, there are some cultures or policies which are unique because of the population. Countries have large amounts or small amounts of population have different advantages and disadvantages. In china, the large population leads to many disadvantages. These disadvantages can be seen in lack of area, lack of food or lack of resources. China has the largest number of people in the world, which is about 1.3billion, more than one sixth of the total number in the world. However, China dose not have the same percentage of the area and most Chinese citizens live in the south-east part of China. As a result, the population density of this area is an amazing value. For example, in ShangHai, a large city in China, the population density is as high as 2,657 per sq. km. That is really a very large number. Also there is plenty of ground which is desert or grass field where are not able to plant crops. And the farming technology is not as good as some other developed countries which use machinery. The farmers in China are normally poor. So the problem is how can the country have enough food to satisfy all the people? This is the most serious problem of China. Most farmers use some illegal chemicals which may be harmful to the human body to increase the productivity of food.
