雷公藤甲素对糖尿病大鼠肾组织RANTES的影响 朱加进 王保法 洪郁芝 【摘要】目的 探讨雷公藤甲素对糖尿病大鼠肾组织的影响及其机制。方法 SD大鼠随机分为正常对照组（NG）、糖尿病模型组（DM）、小剂量雷公藤甲素治疗组（T1）、大剂量雷公藤甲素治疗组（T2），每组15只。实验第4、8、12周，各组随机选出5只大鼠检测体重、肾重、24h尿白蛋白；RT-PCR、ELISA法检测肾皮质中RANTES的表达；肾常规病理观察。结果 实验第4、8、12周，DM组大鼠的体重、肾重明显低于NG组（p＜0.01），24h尿白蛋白明显高于NG组（p＜0.01）；与DM组比较，T1、T2组24h尿白蛋白明显降低（p＜0.01）；DM组肾组织的RANTES表达量较NG组明显升高（p＜0.01），T1、T2组较DM组其表达量显著降低（p＜0.01）；DM组肾小球硬化及肾间质纤维化指数显著高于NG组（p＜0.01），而T1、T2组与DM组比较，则显著降低（p＜0.01）。DM组的4W和12W比较，12W的RANTES、GSI、RIFI升高显著（p＜0.01）；T1、T2组4W与12W比较，12W的RANTES、GSI、RIFI明显降低（p＜0.05）。结论 雷公藤甲素能抑制糖尿病大鼠肾组织RANTES的过度表达，并可改善肾小球硬化及肾间质纤维化。 【关键词】雷公藤甲素；糖尿病肾病；调节活化正常T细胞表达与分泌的因子 Effect of Triptolide on the Expression of RANTES in Renal Tissue of Diabetic Nephropathy Rats ZHU Jia-jin☆，WANG Bao-fa★，HONG Yu-zhi★，☆Zhejiang Chinese Medicine University，★Department of Metabolism and Endocrinology，Kwong Hing Hospital Affiliated to Zhejiang Chinese Medicine University(Hangzhou Traditional Chinese Medical Hospital)，Hangzhou 310000，China Corresponding Author：Hong Yu-zhi，Email：hyzhcy@yahoo.cn 【A】 divided into Normal control group(NG),Diabetic model group(DM), Low dose triptolide treatment group(T1),High dose triptolide treatment group(T2).
