体检人群中同型半胱氨酸联合超敏C反应蛋白检测的临床意义 　　[摘要] 目的 探讨同型半胱氨酸（Hcy）和超敏C反应蛋白（hs-CRP）作为心血管疾病的常规筛查指标，在正常人群健康体检中的意义。 方法 选择2012年6～12月在北京军区总医院体检中心接收健康体检者512例为体检组，另取100份正常健康人混合血清为正常对照组，均进行Hcy和hs-CRP的测定。 结果 ①正常对照组Hcy值为（9.2±0.4）μmol/L，hs-CRP值为（0.58±0.04）mg/L。②体检组血清Hcy值为（12.2±2.5）μmol/L，高于正常对照组混合血清Hcy值，差异有统计学意义（P 0.05）；其中有60例高于正常值，异常率为11.7%。③体检组血清hs-CRP值为（0.87±0.32）mg/L，与正常对照组混合血清hs-CRP值比较，差异有统计学意义（P 0.05）；其中93例高于正常值，异常率为18.1%。④血清Hcy及hs-CRP同时检测的ACVD检出率为30.0%，高于单纯Hcy检测的23.3%和单纯hs-CRP检测的15.1%。 结论 无论Hcy还是hs-CRP，在对动脉粥样硬化性心血管疾病进行诊断、评估时都是独立的指标，二者同时进行检测意义更大。 　　[关键词] 同型半胱氨酸；超敏C反应蛋白；动脉粥样硬化性心血管疾病 　　[中图分类号] R331 [文献标识码] A [文章编号] 1673-7210（2014）08（b）-0080-04 　　Clinical significance of homocysteine and high sensitivity C-reactive protein in medical examination 　　ZHANG Yan1 JIAO Juan2 WEI Wenqing1▲ 　　1.Department of Center Laboratory， the General Hospital of Beijing Military Command， Beijing 100700， China； 2.Department of Clinical Laboratory， the General Hospital of Beijing Military Command， Beijing 100700， China 　　[Abstract] Objective To discuss the significance of homocysteine （Hcy） and high sensitivity C-reactive protein （hs-CRP） in medical examination of healthy people as the routine determined index.
