免球囊扩张器免钉合器完全腹膜外腹腔镜腹股沟疝修补术的临床应用效果观察 　　[摘要] 目的 探讨免球囊扩张器免钉合器完全腹膜外腹腔镜腹股沟疝修补术的临床效果。 方法 选取2012年10月～2013年10月本院就诊的65例腹股沟疝患者，将所有患者随机分为观察组33例和对照组32例。观察组采用免球囊扩张器免钉合器完全腹膜外腹腔镜腹股沟疝修补术治疗，对照组采用传统疝修补术式治疗。观察两者患者的手术时间、术中出血量、开始下床活动时间、正常活动时间、住院时间、并发症等。 结果 观察组的手术时间、术中出血量、开始下床活动时间、正常活动时间、住院时间均明显优于对照组（P0.05），观察组的并发症发生率为15.15%，明显低于对照组的43.75%，两组比较差异有统计学意义（P0.05）。 结论 免球囊扩张器免钉合器完全腹膜外腹腔镜腹股沟疝修补术治疗腹股沟疝的临床效果显著，值得临床推广应用。 　　[关键词] 免球囊扩张器免钉合器；完全腹膜外腹腔镜；腹股沟疝修补术；疗效 　　[中图分类号] R656.2+1 [文献标识码] A [文章编号] 1674-4721（2014）08（b）-0036-03 　　[Abstract] Objective To explore the clinical effect of free balloon dilator free stapler totally extraperitoneal laparoscopic inguinal hernia repair. Methods 65 cases with inguinal hernia in our hospital from October 2012 to October 2013 were all collected and randomly divided into the observation group in 33 cases and control group in 32 case.The observation group was treated free balloon dilator free stapler totally extraperitoneal laparoscopic inguinal hernia repair，the control group was treated with the traditional hernioplasty.The operation time，intraoperative blood loss，began to bed activity time，normal activity time，length of hospital stay，and complications in two groups were observed. Results The Operation time，intraoperative blood loss，began to bed activity time，normal activity time，length of hospital stay in observation group were significantly lower than those of the control group （P0.05）.The incidence of complications in observation group of 15.15%，was obviously lower than the control group （43.75%），the difference of the two groups had statistical significance （P0.05）.
