复发及慢性过敏性紫癜患儿46例临床诊疗分析 　　doi：10.3969/j.issn.1007-614x.2014.14.43 　　摘 要 目的：探讨和分析复发及慢性过敏性紫癜患儿的临床诊断和治疗情况。方法：随机选择复发及慢性过敏性紫癜患儿46例作为观察组，并选择同期一般过敏性紫癜患儿46例作为对照组。对照组采用常规治疗，观察组在对照组基础上给予孟鲁司特钠辅助治疗。比较分析两组患儿的临床诊断和治疗情况。结果：观察组中严重腹痛、肾炎以及持续性皮疹的例数明显多于对照组，两组比较差异均有统计学意义（P0.05）；观察组患儿的临床总有效率（97.83%）明显高于对照组患儿（78.26%），两组比较差异有统计学意义（P0.05）。结论：复发及慢性过敏性紫癜患儿的明显症状主要为肾炎、腹痛和持续性皮疹，采用孟鲁司特钠进行辅助治，其临床效果良好，是一种安全、科学、理想的治疗方法。 　　关键词 紫癜 复发 慢性 过敏性 临床效果 　　Analyze the clinical diagnosis and treatment of 46 cases of recurrent and chronic allergic purpura 　　Hu Xiangdong 　　Yanxi central hospital in Anhua County，Hunan Province，413512 　　Abstract Objective：To discuss and analyze the clinical diagnosis and treatment of recurrent and chronic allergic purpura.Methods：46 cases of children with recurrent and chronic allergic purpura were selected as the observation group，and 46 cases of children with general allergic purpura were selected as the control group.The control group were given conventional treatment，while the observation were given montelukast adjuvant treatment on the basis of control group.Compare and analyze the clinical diagnosis and treatment condition of children between the two groups.Results：The number of people of nephritis，severe abdominal pain，persistent rash of children in the observation group were significantly more than that of the control group，and comparison between groups was statistically significant（P0.05）.The clinical total effective rate of children in the observation group was statistically higher than that of the control group，and comparisons between groups was significantly different with statistical significance（P0.05）.Conclusion：The overt symptoms of children with recurrent and chronic allergic purpura were mostly nephritis，stomachache and persistent rash.The montelukast adjuvant treatment has a good clinical effect.It is a safe，scientific，ideal treatment method. 　　Key words Purpura；Recurrent；Chronic；Allergic；Clinical effect 　　过敏性紫癜（HSP），也叫亨-舒综合征，是儿科临床上的一类较为难治的毛细血管变态反应性病症[
