宫腔镜治疗子宫内膜息肉218例临床分析 　　【摘要】 目的：探讨宫腔镜手术治疗子宫内膜息肉的临床效果。方法：收集本院2009年5月-2013年5月因子宫内膜息肉行宫腔镜手术者218例。根据患者患病情况选择手术方式，术后随访2～12个月，观察疗效。结果：手术均明确为内膜息肉。手术方式：单纯息肉切除89例，息肉切除+浅层内膜切除29例，息肉切除+内膜切除73例，息肉切除+内膜剥除27例。158例月经紊乱者术后99例月经血量较术前减少，43例转为点滴状出血，16例导致闭经。48例术前轻、中度贫血患者，术后1～3月血红蛋白恢复正常，重度贫血者同期转为轻度。17例痛经患者术后6例症状消失，9例缓解，2例无改善。10例不孕症患者术后3例妊娠。27例绝经后手术者均未再异常出血。结论：宫腔镜治疗子宫内膜息肉安全有效。手术方案应根据患者症状、病理类型、年龄和生育等个体需求加以调整，只有采用合适的方案才能达到满意的治疗效果。 　　【关键词】 子宫内膜息肉； 息肉； 宫腔镜手术； 异常子宫出血 　　【Abstract】 Objective： To evaluate the clinical effect of hysteroscopy operation in the treatment of endometrial polyps. Method： The Information was gathered from May 2009 to May 2013 line for endometrial polyps hysteroscopy surgery in 218 cases. According to the patients’conditions， the appropriate operations were selected. Postoperative follow-up duration was 2-12 months. The treatment effects of the two groups were compared. Result： Patients with endometrial polyps were confirmed by surgery. 89 cases were treated with polyps resection alone， 29 cases were treated with polyps resection plus shallow endarterectomy， 73 cases were treated with the polyp resection and endometrial resection， 27 cases were treated with endometrial polyps resection plus endometrial ablation. The menstrual blood volume decreased in 107 cases of the total 158 cases of menstrual disorders after operative， 43 cases were getting into guttata bleeding， 16 cases were amenorrhea. After operative 1-3 months the hemoglobin returned to normal in 48 patients with mild and moderate anemia， the severe anemia during returned to mild at the same period. Of the total 17 dysmenorrhea patients the symptoms disappeared in 6 cases in postoperative， 9 cases were relieved， 2 cases were not improvement. Pregnancy was seen in 3 cases of the total 10 cases of infertility patients after operative. 27 cases had not been subject to abnormal bleeding after menopause.
