急性冠脉综合征患者血清MMP―2、MMP―9及IL―6水平的检测及其临床意义 　　[摘要] 目的 检测急性冠脉综合征（ACS）患者血清中基质金属蛋白酶-2（MMP-2）、基质金属蛋白酶-9（MMP-9）及白介素-6（IL-6）的水平及相关性并评价其临床意义。 方法 选取ACS患者106例分成3组，其中USAP组42例、NSTEMI组34例、STEMI组30例。用酶联免疫吸附试验（ELISA）检测所有患者MMP-2、MMP-9及IL-6水平，并用Real-Time PCR检测血清中MMP-2和MMP-9蛋白水平。 结果 3组患者与对照组相比，MMP-2、MMP-9和IL-6检测水平均明显增高，其中STEMI组患者MMP-2和MMP-9比其他两组增高明显。3组患者的IL-6水平比较差异无统计学意义。ACS患者IL-6与MMP-2和MMP-9呈正相关（r=0.547、0.478，P0.01）。 结论 MMP-2、MMP-9和IL-6在ACS中高表达，可作为预测动脉硬化斑块不稳定或破裂的血清学指标，其水平有利于冠心病患者的危险分级。 　　[关键词] 急性冠脉综合征；基质金属蛋白酶-2；基质金属蛋白酶-9；白介素-6 　　[中图分类号] R743.3 [文献标识码] A [文章编号] 1674-4721（2014）08（a）-0004-03 　　The level of MMP-2，MMP-9 and IL-6 with acute coronary syndrome and its clinical significance 　　WANG Zheng1 ZHAO Hui-zhong2 CHEN Hong-li3 ZHOU Hai-zhou4 TIAN Xue-feng1 　　1.Department of Cardiology，Heilongjiang Provincial Hospital，Harbin 150036，China；2.Department of Cardiology，Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine of Raohe County in Heilongjiang Province，Raohe 155700，China；3.Nursing Quality Control Office，the First Affiliated Hospital of Harbin Medical University，Harbin 150001，China；4.Department of Laboratory，the First Affiliated Hospital of Harbin Medical University，Harbin 150001，China 　　[Abstract] Objective To detect the level of MMP-2，MMP-9 and IL-6 with acute coronary syndrome（ACS），and to evaluate their clinical significance.
