In turn, it affects the survival and development of human beings themselves. Therefore, lowing the intensity of emissions of carbon dioxide has become our common objective need to protect the earth. In addition to the truth that global climate is becoming warmer and warmer, the increasing concern from the world on low carbon dioxide also coincides with the goal that every country is pursuing in economical benefit. In the process of coping with financial crisis and promoting the recovery of global economy, it shows a good tendency of the transformation to power-saving and low carbon as well as greener economy. China is facing multitude pressures of developing economy, eliminating poverty and relieving the emission of greenhouse gases, consequently, there is a long way for China to go in the process of coping with the serious situations of vulnerable climate. We should seize the reality to put the acceleration of carrying out low-carbon economy into national strategy, develop low-carbon economy early and promote the sustainable development of dynamic integration of Chinese ecological economy society. The reality of home and outside demonstrates the urgency of accelerating the development of low-carbon economy, and meanwhile, it also decides many opportunities and challenges that Chinese road of low-carbon economy remains to face.
