摘 要 本人的设计是自动树木挖掘机，主要应用于挖掘半径1.2m，挖掘深度0.8m的树木并且要求能够装载到30或者50的装载机上进行运动。充分提高装载机的利用率，同时方便运输与操作，提高了挖掘树木的效率，降低整机的设计成本。本次设计的自动树木挖掘机的主要结构包括：机架、铲刀、导轨、液压缸设计。机架由一固定机架和两个活动机架组成，其中固定机架与装载进行连接，侧面的两个主机架上安装有铲刀进行工作。其中铲刀外形为菱形，为了充分保证铲削效率设计了四面的铲刀用螺栓连接在固定导轨上，热处理工艺为淬火处理，硬度高和韧性好。铲刀通过刚性弧形导轨内的导轨面使用轴承进行接触滚动保证铲刀的运动轨迹。设计中主要的驱动装置为液压缸，开合液压缸保证两侧面的机架进行开合保证树木能够被合理的取出。同时还有铲刀液压缸实现铲刀下铲和升降的目的。 关键词：自动挖树机铲刀液压 Abstract 本人的设计是自动树木挖掘机，主要应用于挖掘半径1.2m，挖掘深度0.8m的树木并且要求能够装载到30或者50的装载机上进行运动。充分提高装载机的利用率，同时方便运输与操作，提高了挖掘树木的效率，降低整机的设计成本。 The design is mainly applied to automatic trees excavator, digging radius 1.2m, the depth of excavation 0.8m trees and requirements can be loaded onto the loader 30 or 50 on the motion.
