草坪修边机的设计 摘要 随着经济的发展和社会的进步,人们对生存环境的要求越来越高。草坪绿化已成为衡量一个国家，地区或城市文明与发展的一个重要指标，在美化环境，固土护坡，净化空气等方面已成为人类的共识，在生态建设和保护方面将扮演着越来越重要的角色。草坪业的发展必然促进草坪机械的应用和发展。修剪是草坪区别于其它一些植物的特殊要求，草坪业的迅猛发展，意味着草坪剪草机械的大量需求，了解草坪剪草机械的发展历史、存在的问题和发展趋势等，对我国草坪剪草机械的发展无疑是十分有意义的。 本文首先对国内外草坪修边机的研究现状和发展趋势进行了解；随后对现有的草坪修边机进行结构分析，了解其结构组成及工作原理；接着对草坪修边机的各个组成部分进行设计，包括发动机的选择、切割深度调节杆的设计、张紧轮的设计、刀片的设计与选择以及整机的结构优化，以达到重量更轻，噪声更小，作业精度更高的目的。 最后，就目前市面上的机器，提出自己的看法。中国的草坪机械发展水平较之国外还有相当大的一段距离。目前国内基本上沿用农业生产机械，大多以柴油机为动力且安全性能不高。国外基本上与大功率拖拉机配套作业，一机多用。我们生产的草坪修边机应以此为目标，在这个的基础上，研发出属于我们自己的草坪修边机。 关键词：草坪，修边机，改良设计 The design of lawn trimming machine ABSTRACT With the development of economy and the progress of the society，peoples living environment demand is higher and higher.
