However, cleaning of draft beer barrel is particularly important because it relates to the quality of draft beer, and the appropriate design of the cleaning equipment is necessary. Washing barrel is a set of electrical controlled installations.It was made as the barreled beer was choiced by consumers.barrelled beer was not widespreaded in a long time ago. So the proportional equipment was not advanced and it was a difficule to wash .There fore the barreled beer was limited for the reason.At the same time the washing and pouring barrell equipment was not made in a long time. Existing equipment can clean the inside of a barrel, the outer wall need for manual cleaning. The design of the device features to be highlighted is clean 5L, 10L, 15L, 20L of four types of barrels. It is controlled by Microcontroller programming. The cleaning equipment is a semi-automatic cleaning, cleaning inside and outside wall is automated, the demolition of a barrel is artificial. Wall cleaning using ultrasonic cleaning techniques, which enhance the cleaning effect of the barrel.
