自我效能、支持對聽覺障礙者職業適應相關之研究 The investigation of self-efficacy, support, school-support, career-support to career adjustment with hearing impaired *黃培文 **吳孟珊南台科技大學peiwen@mail.stut.edu.tw n95y0015@webmail.stut.edu.tw 摘要 本研究主要是依據Bandura的社會學習理論及職業適應理論之觀點為基礎，探討自我效能、家支持、學校支持、職場支持對聽覺障礙者職業適應的關連性。本研究採用自編的「自我效能、支持對聽覺障礙者職業適應問卷」來蒐集資料，研究對象是台南啟聰學校88-95學年度的高職畢業生，以普查方式調查，共有121人為樣本。並以描述性統計、Pearson積差相關分析及多元迴歸等統計方法處理所得資料。本研究結果發現：（一）聽覺障礙者的自我效能愈高，其職業適應的能力也愈佳。（二）聽覺障礙者擁有較好的家庭支持時，他們的職業適應能力較優。（三）學校支持對聽覺障礙者的職業適應並無性。（四）職場支持愈強，對聽覺障礙者的職業適應具有正向的幫助。 關鍵詞：自我效能、支持、職業適應 * 南台科技大學技職教育與人力資源發展研究所所長** 南台科技大學技職教育與人力資源發展研究所研究生 Abstract The basis of the researches which examine the relationships among self-efficiency, family support ,school support and career support for the hearing impaired adjustment of career are Social Learning Theory and Social Cognitive Career Theory from Albert Bandura. The data of the research is established by the questionnaires of Self-Efficiency, Family Support, School Support and Career Support to the Hearing Impaired Adjustment of Career. We are doing the research on the vocational school graduates (88~95 semester) of National Tainan School for the Hearing Impaired, and we are working statistical analysis on 121 samples. Data is accurately analyzed by descriptive statistics, Pearson’s correlation coefficient and Multiple Regression analysis. Research findings are as follows: (1) The higher self-efficiency of the hearing impaired, the better adjustment of career. (2) The more family support for the hearing impaired, the better adjustment of career. (3) There is no relationship between school support and the hearing impaired adjustment. (4) The more career support, the stronger positive reinforcement on the hearing impaired adjustment.
