河北省流动人口就业特征及其影响因素分析 　　Abstract： The multinomial logit regression and ordered logit regression analysis methods were taken to discuss from the perspective of comparative study of the inflow and outflow of population career choice and the influence factors of income level.The results showed that the floating population in Hebei province were mainly concentrated in the secondary labor market， non-agricultural phenomenon was outstanding， income level was lower， the intensity of labor was larger. Gender， age， level of education， marital status， household register， flow range and flow into the time of the floating population in Hebei had a significant effect on career choice and income level. Women at a disadvantage in the process of employment status； age and career choice， and improve the basic monthly income was inverted U shaped relationship； agricultural registered permanent residence and unmarried population in terms of career choices and obtain high income had the possibility of a lower；the higher the level of education， flow range， career choice category of the floating population in Hebei province and the greater the chance of improve the level of income； as the outflow of the extension of time， the outflow of population income levels increase the likelihood of reduced in Hebei province. 　　Key words： the floating population；employment；income；impact factor 　　中国人口的跨区域流动是伴随经济快速发展而出现的一个重要社会现象，是制度变迁与经济转型共同作用的结果[1]。庞大的流动人口的产生和存在，不仅作为最活跃的生产要素推动了中国经济的高速发展，而且还引发了最为深刻的社会变迁，劳动力的行业和职业构成、人口的城乡分布、社会的阶层结构、人们的生活方式和价值观念等都随之发生了巨大的变化[2]。现有研究发现，流动人口的就业分布比较集中，多集中在第二产业和第三产业中技术含量低、劳动强度大的行业[3，4]，亲友网络等非正式就业渠道仍然是流动人口实现就业的主要途径[5]；流动人口就业“非农化”倾向明显，但是没有使流动人口的职业地位得到真正的提升和改善[6]；流动劳动力失业率进一步提高[7]；虽然流动人口收入有一定提高，权益保护在一定程度得到改善[8]，但在流动人口内部和城乡户籍间仍存在收入待遇和权益保护的差距[9]，流动人口仍受到就业保障歧视[10]。 　　河北省作为京津冀城市群流动人口的最大来源地[11]，人口流动规模巨大。因此对河北省流动人口就业特征的研究对于促进人口有序流动、经济社会发展，推动城市群统筹建设具有重要意义。由于受到数据获得的限制，现有研究多数只对小区域的样本数据进行分析，缺乏对河北省就业流动人口的详细研究，且很难对流入人口与流出人口进行对比研究。本研究采用2013年河北省流动人口动态监测数据，从对比研究的视角，分别对河北省流入人口和流出人口的就业特征及其
