In temperature, pressure and the combined effect of corrosive media, can easily lead to damage to equipment failure caused the accident. Therefore, to protect the safe operation of equipment, must carry out periodic inspection of pressure vessels. In this paper, for a pressure vessel damage caused by a major accident for the analysis of objects described in the use of pressure vessels precautions to prevent such accidents and how to approach. 关键词： 压力容器 典型事故 安全使用 注意事项 防范 Keywords: pressure vessel Typical accident Safe use Note Against 压力容器安全基础知识概述 主要内容 ： 一、 压力容器界定与分类。 压力容器是一种承压设备。承压设备是指涉及生命安全、危险性较大的锅炉、压力容器（含气瓶）、压力管道等承压类特种设备和安全附件。压力容器的形式很多，按不同的需要可以进行不同的分类。例如在容器的设计中，按壁厚大有薄壁和厚壁容器之分；按承压方式分内压和外压（真空）容器；按压力大小分为中压、低压、高压、超高压容器；按工作温度分高温、常温和低温容器；在容器的制造中，又按材料分文钢制、铸铁、有色金属盒非金属容器；按制造方法分为铆接、焊接、锻造和铸造容器等。 二、 压力容器破坏的主要形
