Key words: Stayed behind for garrison or liaison duty; Develop; Work youth; New peasant laborer 引言 自80年代初期中国农民迈出进城务工的第一步，至今己走过20多个年头。其间，农村流动人口不仅在规模上和速度上不断扩大和上升，流动性质发生重要变化，内部异质性也不断增强。特别是2000年之后，由于另一代适龄农村青年开始他们的城市务工之旅，我们可以依稀看到一类新农民工的出现。他们不仅和传统农民工有了较显著的行为差别，也和所谓的“新生代”有所不同，呈现出一种新的生存状态。显然，这种差别不能简单归因于年龄尚小、心智未开，而是有着更深刻的生存逻辑、价值观念的变化。 从宏观上来说当前政府正在大力倡导和构建和谐社会，有过留守经历的打工青年是祖国的未来，是构建和谐社会不可忽视的一部分。然而,由于现实的一些原因他们在社会化的过程中不可避免地存在着与同龄群体相比的异质性。如何认识其异质性，从而采取正确的方式与方法引导和教育他们，笔者认为对维护社会的稳定，实现社会的和谐发展都有借鉴作用。本文在实地调查的基础上，结合自己的生活经历和所学社会学专业知识，试对有过留守经历的打工青年发展状况作探索性分析。 一、文献回顾 2
