T he testing result s show t hat damage rat e of kernels subject ed int ense impact is large in t he feeding origination of seed corn ear; w it h threshing, impact changes more and more feeble, and damage rat e of kernels becomes smaller and smaller t oo. Under st at e of ordinal t hreshing, large amounts of kernel is t hreshed and t he moving t rack of t hreshed kernel f ollows the tangent direct ion of cont act ing dot of straig ht roller and ear, w hile under st at e of out of order t hreshing, t he amount of kernel is small and t he moving of t hreshed kernel presents disordering. F urt hermore, large rot at ing speed of spiral roller result s in the larger out of order t hreshing of ear, w hich inf luences t he threshing qualit y and t hreshing eff iciency of seed corn ear.
