A verb may be in one of three tenses: Past (yesterday) Present (today) Future (tomorrow) Memory tip: Tense means “time”. What are verb aspects? There are four main aspects for verbs: Simple Perfect Progressive or Continuous Perfect Progressive Memory tip: Aspect means “appearance”. Summarize Talk to your partner.
