56例肱骨骨折膨胀钉内固定疗效观察 　　【摘要】 目的：探讨采用膨胀钉内固定治疗肱骨骨折的临床效果。方法：回顾性分析笔者所在医院收治的行膨胀式髓内钉内固定治疗的56例肱骨骨折患者的临床资料，分析患者手术情况、骨折愈合情况、并发症发生情况以及随访结束时关节功能恢复效果。结果：本组患者手术时间为30～90 min，术中无一例输血，无一例发生医源性桡神经损伤，骨折均骨性愈合，平均愈合时间为（7.14±1.26）个月，无一例发生并发症。术后关节功能恢复效果评价44例为优，11例为良，1例为可，优良率为98.21%。结论：采用膨胀式髓内钉内固定治疗肱骨骨折的临床疗效显著，愈合快、患肢功能恢复良好、安全性高，值得临床推广。 　　【关键词】 肱骨骨折； 膨胀式髓内钉； 内固定 　　中图分类号 R687.3 文献标识码 B 文章编号 1674-6805（2015）2-0101-03 　　The Clinical Effect Observation of Expansion Nail Internal Fixation in the Treatment of 56 Cases with Humeral Fracture/HUANG Zhu-song，GAO Xi，GUAN Yong，et al.//Chinese and Foreign Medical Research，2015，13（2）：101-103 　　【Abstract】 Objective：To explore the clinical effect of expansion nail internal fixation in the treatment of patients with humerus fracture.Method：The clinical data of 56 patients with humerus fracture who treated by expansion nail internal fixation were retrospectively analyzed.The operation situation，fracture healing，complication and the effect of joint functional recovery at the end of follow-up in all patients were analyzed.Result：In all patients，the operation time was 30-90 min，with no case transfusion，with no case iatrogenic radial nerve injuries，all fractures were healed，the mean healing time was （7.14±1.26）months，with no case with complication.The effect evaluation of recovery of joint function after operation：44 cases with excellent，11 cases with good，1 case with general good，the excellent and good rate was 98.21%.Conclusion：The clinical effect of expansion nail internal fixation in the treatment of patients with humerus fracture is remarkable，it can make the humeral fracture healing fast，the limb function recovered well，with high safety，is worthy of clinical promotion. 　　【Key words】 Humerus fracture； Expandable intramedullary nail； Internal fixation 　　First-author’s address：The Second Hospital of Fuzhou City，Fuzhou 350007，China 　　doi：10.14033/j.cnki.cfmr.2015.02.049 　　肱骨骨折是骨科常见疾病，临床发生率较高。传统的石膏或小夹板固定因易造成关节僵硬、肌肉萎缩或废用性骨质疏松等逐渐被新兴内固定技术所取代[1]。随着内固定技术的不断更
