G5体外振动排痰仪辅助老年慢性阻塞性肺疾病合并肺部感染 　　[摘要] 目的 研究G5体外振动排痰仪为老年慢性阻塞性肺疾病（COPD）合并肺部感染患者排痰时的最佳单次治疗时间，探讨最佳辅助排痰治疗方案。 方法2014年1月～2015年9月选取武汉大学人民医院收治的老年COPD合并肺部感染患者396例作为研究对象。依照排痰方式分为对照组（人工叩击组，n=132），10 min组（G5体外振动排痰仪每次治疗时间10 min，n=132），20 min组（G5体外振动排痰仪每次治疗时间20 min，n=132）。比较三组患者的排痰情况、肺功能改变、治疗副作用及护士疲劳度。 结果 20 min组患者24 h痰量高于10 min组和对照组，体温恢复正常时间、血常规恢复正常时间均短于10 min组和对照组，差异均有统计学意义（P 0.05）；三组患者治疗后烦躁、呼吸急促、呼吸困难、副作用总发生率差异无统计学意义（P 0.05）。 结论 G5体外振动排痰仪单次治疗20 min的排痰效果优于单次治疗10 min及传统人工叩击法，且治疗时患者无明显副作用发生，值得临床推广。 　　[关键词] 排痰；老年人；肺部感染；肺功能；治疗时间 　　[中图分类号] R563 [文献标识码] A [文章编号] 1673-7210（2016）02（b）-0137-04 　　The best single treatment time of G5 external vibration sputum elimination instrument for sputum elimination of elderly patients combined with COPD and pulmonary infection 　　CHEN Weibing MA Hongmei▲ 　　Department of Geriatrics， the Peoples Hospital of Wuhan University， Hubei Province， Wuhan 430060， China 　　[Abstract] Objective To investigate the best single treatment time of G5 external vibration sputum elimination instrument for sputum elimination of elderly patients combined with COPD and pulmonary infection， and to explore the best auxiliary sputum elimination therapeutic schedule.
