Galectin―9在卵巢癌中的表达及其意义 　　[摘要] 目的 探讨半乳糖凝集素-9（Galectin-9）在卵巢癌组织中的表达及其与临床病理参数间的相关性。 方法 选取本院2013年5月～2015年5月手术切除的60例卵巢癌组织标本作为研究对象，同时选取手术切除的50例卵巢良性肿瘤组织标本作为对照。应用免疫组织化学检测Galectin-9在良性卵巢组织和卵巢癌组织中的表达，并分析Galectin-9表达与卵巢癌临床病理参数间的相关性。 结果 Galectin-9分布于细胞核或细胞质内，50例良性卵巢组织中47例（94%）有Galectin-9表达。60例卵巢癌组织中仅26例（43.33%）有Galectin-9表达，两组比较差异有统计学意义（P0.01）。不同临床分期、不同病理分期、有无淋巴结转移卵巢癌患者的Galectin-9阳性表达率比较，差异有统计学意义（P0.01）。 结论 卵巢癌组织中的Galectin-9呈低表达，临床分期、病理分期、有无淋巴结转与移卵巢癌患者的Galectin-9阳性表达具有关系。Galectin-9的表达水平可能与卵巢癌的发生、病情进展以及预后密切相关。 　　[关键词] 卵巢癌；半乳糖凝集素-9；相关性 　　[中图分类号] R737.31 [文献标识码] A [文章编号] 1674-4721（2016）04（b）-0036-03 　　[Abstract] Objective To explore expression of Galectin-9 in ovarian cancer tissue and correlation with clinical pathological features. Methods 60 ovarian cancer tissues in our hospital from May 2013 to May 2015 were selected as the research group，at the same time，50 cases of benign tumor resection were selected as control group.Expression of Galectin-9 in cancer and benign tumor ovarian tissues were detected by immunohistochemistry method.Relationship between expression of Galectin-9 and clinical pathological features in ovarian cancer tissues was analyzed. Results Galectin-9 was located in the nucleus or cytoplasm.47 cases （94%） was expressed by Galectin-9 in 50 cases of benign ovarian tumor tissues，which was higher than 26 cases （43.33%） in 60 ovarian cancer tissues，with significant difference （P0.01）.Galectin-9 positive expression rate in ovarian cancer tissues with different clinical stages，different pathological grades，and presence of lymph node metastasis was different，with significant difference （P0.01）.
