不同方式治疗20～40 ml高血压基底节区脑出血的效果研究 　　【摘要】 目的：比较不同方式治疗出血量为20～40 ml的高血压基底节出血的效果。方法：选取笔者所在医院2015年1-8月收治的73例高血压基底节区出血患者，按治疗方式分为手术组与保守组，手术组采取钻孔引流术治疗，保守组采用内科保守疗法治疗，观察其血肿吸收时间及6个月恢复情况（使用GOS评分进行评价），比较两组疗效。结果：手术组血肿平均（3.3±0.5）d吸收，6个月后恢复良好者31例，占76.5%，而保守组血肿平均（21.5±1.4）d吸收，6个月后恢复良好者12例，占37.5%。两者比较，差异均有统计学意义（P0.05）。结论：钻孔引流术治疗出血量20～40 ml的高血压基底节出血效果显著，能明显减少血肿吸收时间和提高患者预后，值得临床推广。 　　【关键词】 高血压脑出血； 钻孔引流术； 保守治疗； 疗效 　　中图分类号 R743.34 文献标识码 B 文章编号 1674-6805（2016）29-0017-03 　　Curative Effects of Different Therapies on Hypertensive Basal Ganglionic Cerebral Hemorrhage with 20-40 ml of Bleeding Amount/HUANG Dao-hua.//Chinese and Foreign Medical Research，2016，14（29）：17-19 　　【Abstract】 Objective：To compare curative effects of different therapies on hypertensive basal ganglionic hematoma with 20-40ml of bleeding amount.Method：From January 2015 to August 2015，73 cases with hypertensive basal ganglionic hematoma who treated in our hospital were selected in this study，patients were distributed into two groups according to operation method，the surgery group and the conserative group.Patients in the surgery group were treated with trepanation and drainage therapy，while patients in the conserative group were treated with conservative therapy，hematoma absorption period and recovery condition after treated for 6 months were observed（GOS rating method was used for evaluation），curative effects of the two groups were compared.Result：Hematoma absorption period of the patients in the surgery group was （3.3±0.5）d，31 cases（76.5%） were recovered well after treated for 6 months，however，hematoma absorption period of the patients in the conserative group was （21.5±1.4）d，12 cases（37.5%） were recovered well after treated for 6 months，results of the two groups had significant differences（P0.05）.Conclusion：Trepanation and drainage therapy has obvious curative effects on treatment of hypertensive basal ganglionic hematoma with 20-40 ml of bleeding amount，the therapy can obviously reduce hematoma absorption period and
